Milestone moves

Casual Dining Magazine is 50 issues young. Such a milestone is cause for celebration, reflection and perhaps a little bit of change. The past year has seen our industry thrown into the national media spotlight. I’ve written a few times now about how the person on the street is suddenly an expert in the sector, because their newspaper told them that casual dining restaurants are all going to close and that no one likes them and that eating out is rubbish and that we’re all doomed.
