Truth be told

Last month, I saw a tweet from a fairly renowned hospitality operator that plainly declared what they thought was the biggest problem with restaurant businesses in London. What could it be do you think? Rates? Staffing? Legislation? In fact, it was none of the above. The biggest problem with the restaurant industry, according to this person, is in fact the lack of honesty sweeping through the sector.
