We like to patty

The National Burger Awards is probably my favourite event here at H2O Publishing – but then I am biased. As if covering the casual dining sector through this publication wasn’t enough, events like the National Burger Awards provide us with an opportunity to celebrate what chefs and operators are doing, driving the growth of this huge food category. Social media is a massive part of the lead-up to the day and the competition itself – with much of the content visible on Twitter and Instagram via #NationalBurgerAwards. So competitive are we that we regularly compare our reach with another little, unknown event that always runs on the same night – the BRITs.
