Bella Italia has appointed Wayne Morgan as HR director to oversee the implementation of a new employee engagement strategy.
The employee engagement strategy will focus on three areas: attracting and retaining talent, developing and training future leaders within the business, and embedding and reinforcing a culture to drive employee engagement.
Morgan, who has previous experience in HR with the Fossil Group and Atmosphere Bars and Clubs, has appointed Nina Widdacombe and Gemma Wyatt to the roles of talent and development business partner and head of people respectively, to help him implement the strategy.
