Ahi Poké invites customers to pay what they want

Ahi Poké is offering its bowls of poké for whatever spare change customers have in their pockets to raise money for The Elton John AIDS foundation.

The initiative marks the opening of Ahi Poké in Spitalfields and Bloomberg Arcade, with pay-what-you-want available at the Spitalfields site on 15 January and at the Bloomberg Arcade site on 22 January.

To celebrate further, head chef Jeremy Coste and fitness studio Psycle CEO Rhian Stephenson have teamed up to create a limited edition bowl, comprising kale, marinated tofu, pickled ginger, kimchi cucumber, coconut roasted sweet potato, burnt corn, coriander and a green tahini dressing.

There are also new offerings for winter, including spicy chicken, Korean barbecue, smashed yuzu avocado and miso tofu.
