Following its successful Crowdcube campaign that raised 166% of the target figure in 72 hours, The Vurger Co has confirmed its first permanent site will open in Shoreditch on 12 March.
The 30-cover site will offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and will serve The Vurger Co’s full menu, including the Tabasco Auburger and the MLT, which swaps bacon for baked mushrooms.
Customers can wash their plant-based meal down with Canyon Coffee, beers and wines and soft drinks.
‘‘We couldn’t be happier – we have lived in East London for over 10 years and we adore its vibe and authenticity,” says The Vurger Co co-founder Rachel Hugh. “We have traded in the area for 2 years through various pop ups, events and festivals so moving into Shoreditch was the perfect match for The Vurger Co. We just can’t wait to get started and continue to revolutionise fast food through the power of plants!”
The Vurger Co will open at Unit 9, Avant Garde in Richmix Square, and will open seven days a week from 11.30am – 11pm.
