Dirty Bones team launches vegan concept

Dirty Bones is launching its plant-inspired comfort food pop-up concept Dirty Vegan, with two initial sessions hosted at Dirty Bones Shoreditch on 5 and 12 March.

The Dirty Vegan menu will feature vegan twists on Dirty Bones’ signature dishes, as well as vegan cocktails and a drinks list created specifically to compliment the food.

Inspired by Chicken & Waffles is the Cauliflower ‘Chicken’ & Buckwheat Waffles, while the Mac & Cheese is made cashew and almond milk and the Buffalo Hot Wings is served with almond yoghurt-based ranch dressing.

“It’s no secret that there’s been a huge uptake in the demand for more vegan and vegetarian options in London, and we wanted to challenge ourselves to accommodate more of these tastes and preferences while staying true to what Dirty Bones does best,” says Dirty Bones founder operations director Cokey Sulkin.

“Comfort food will always be our focus, and Dirty Vegan is our way of making sure that anyone from a full-time vegan to a curious, health-conscious part-timer can indulge in comfort food as well.”
