Bocca di Lupo has appointed Angelo Albera as chef de cuisine, overseeing the kitchen at the Italian restaurant in Soho.
Born in Casale Monferrato, Albera has spent three years as head chef at Cantina del Ponte in London and another three as speciality chef at Amici Restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
“I am delighted to be joining Bocca di Lupo,” says Albera. “I believe it is one of London’s most authentic Italian restaurants, and I look forward to bringing my own experience to its vibrant and accomplished kitchen team.”
He joins Jacob Kennedy in the kitchen, who remains chef patron of Bocca di Lupo.
