Brooklyn barbecue joint Fette Sau has announced a three-day residency at Mare Street Market in Hackney.
Fette Sau founder Joe Carroll is teaming up with Mare Street Market creative food director Gizzi Erskine to create an exclusive nine-piece menu, which includes pork ribs coated in a homemade dry rub blend, smoked meat-flavoured burnt end baked beans and pork sausage with chilli and apricot barbecue sauce.
The New York takeover is completed with Brooklyn Brewery providing the beers.
Fette Sau opened in Brooklyn, New York City, 11 years ago to serve its take on central Texas barbecue merged with the concept of a New York deli.
The Fette Sau residency takes place from 6pm, Friday 13 – Sunday 15 July.
