Honest teams back up with The Gay Farmer for Pride

Honest Burgers and The Gay Farmer’s Pride collaboration burger is back for 2018, looking to raise more than £2,000 for lesbian, gay, bi and trans equality charity Stonewall.

The Pride burger, which consists of beef, smoked bacon, mozzarella, The Gay Farmer pesto, garlic mayo, tomato and rocket with rosemary salted chips, is available at Honest Soho and Oxford Circus from 2-8 July.

It costs £12.95, with £1 from each sale going to Stonewall.

The Gay Farmer AKA Mark Dyer produces organic olive oil at his mother’s farm in Murcia, Spain, which goes into his fresh pesto, along with pine nuts, aged parmesan, pecorino, Amalfi lemons, French garlic, Cornish sea salt and basil.

“Mark used to work at our Soho restaurant before setting up his own business,” says Honest Burgers co-founder Tom Barton. “His olive oil is fantastic. We can’t wait to smash last year’s fundraising target and help Stonewall continue to do their great work.”
