Pizzeria Buongiorno e Buonasera is serving pizza to Bicester Village visitors from its customised Piaggio Ape.
This is Buongiorno e Buonasera’s first mobile operation, in addition to its three eateries – two in Oxford and one in London.
The pizzeria, which was a finalist at this year’s National Pizza Awards, serves Romana pizzas with an oval-shaped dough base made from organic, non-GMO wheat, soy and rice flour.
On the Bicester Village menu is the Margherita and Salami Romana pizza; the Paesana pizza, topped with mushrooms, olives and onions; and the Veggisima pizza, a vegan pizza topped with peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, onion, asparagus and courgettes.
“We are delighted that our first mobile offering will be taking up residence in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, close to where the Buongiorno e Buonasera journey began four years ago,” says Buongiorno e Buonasera founder and CEO Alessandro Bianchetti.
