It’s mid-December, we haven’t even had our H2O Christmas party yet, and you won’t be reading this until 2019. Since taking on the editorship of this magazine, I’ve always found it a little unnerving writing the Welcome for each issue, as it won’t be seen until at least a week later. Of course, this could be applied to the entire content - so fast paced the industry and political change is at the moment that some comments could be outdated by the time they reach you. So, it feels even stranger to be talking about January in mid-December, when you are all still at your busiest.
