For the past seven years, I’ve been an automotive journalist – in both B2B and consumer – with food & drink on the side, but I’ve finally made the switch to full-time foodie. And what a time to join the industry. There’s so much change happening in the casual dining world, as you all know. In particular, there’s a lot happening in the world of technology. I’m afraid to say I am one of those Millennials who takes pictures of every meal she eats, but to be fair, it is part of the job now!
