Will Bowlby of Kricket will welcome five fellow chefs to his restaurant in west London’s Television Centre for a new guest series.
Priced at £40 per ticket, the dinner will offer guests a welcome cocktail and three-course sharing menu, with each chef merging their cooking style with Bowlby’s take on Indian cuisine.
Money raised from the dinners will be donated to Apne Aap Women’s Collective, an anti-trafficking organisation for women and their children in Mumbai.
The series begins on 3 September with John Chantarasak, previously of SomSaa and now showcasing his Thai cooking at The Dairy.
Pierre Koffman follows one week later, then Tom Griffiths of Flank on 17 September and Ben Marks of Perilla on 24 September.
The series ends with television chef, food writer and broadcaster Valentine Warner on 1 October.
