The eighth Tapas Revolution site is to open at Westfield Stratford in October.
The site will be the group’s flagship, and the largest to date.
The Westfield site will also feature the group’s first dedicated cava bar, offering 24 cavas by the bottle and five by the glass. Two VIP booths will have a ‘Press for Cava’ button.
Tapas Revolution’s new site will be 2,600sq. ft, with an outdoor terrace, with space for 100 covers plus standing at the bar.
High ceilings provide a light and airy feel, with bold and vibrant colours, along with a handmade tiled mosaic wall.
There will also be the group’s largest display of Jamón Ibérico.
The menu features Spanish fare alongside chef Omar Allibhoy’s signature dishes like slow-roasted Iberian pork shank served with roasted piquillo peppers and tomato tapenade, and pan-roasted loin of code served with slow-cooked red peppers and green olive salsa verde. There will also be a selection of paellas on offer.
Tapas Revolution has also tripled its vegan and vegetarian options, with a vegan Paella, crispy fried aubergines with a spiced muscovado syrup, and vegan alioli.
The drinks menu includes a range of small-batch gins, served in the traditional balloon glass, along with Spanish craft beers, and sangrias.
“I’m excited to be launching our flagship Tapas Revolution in one of the most up and coming neighbourhoods in London,” says Allibhoy. “The new restaurant will offer a truly unique and authentic experience and feature a menu offering a great selection of delicious dishes using ingredients from the finest Spanish suppliers. I’m also excited to unveil our new Cava Bar and bring this drink to the forefront of our offering.”
