A new restaurant in Nottingham has opened, led by Gordon Ramsay trained executive head chef James Crossman.
The 4,500sq. ft venue is the sister site to popular bistro Petit Paris.
The restaurant will serve a diverse menu with modern takes on contemporary French food, as well as dishes inspired by multi-cultural influences on the French capital.
The lunchtime menu features lighter dishes including fresh seafood, steaks, salad and homemade desserts, with an evening menu featuring a la carte dishes showcasing artisan products.
The food will change seasonally and include vegetarian and vegan options, with choice to suit a range of dietary requirements.
As well as restaurant dining, Paris will have a large cocktail bar with two lounges, serving drinks created by the resident mixologist, wine and gin.
“We are thrilled to be opening our doors in the heart of Nottingham, and cannot wait to welcome customers taking a trip to Paris,” says Antony Crossman, owner. “Opening the restaurant was a natural step for us following the success of Petit Paris and we’d always envisioned opening a brand-new establishment with fine theatrical cuisine and a chic atmosphere, offering an alternative to the traditional casual cuisine served at the larger King’s Walk bistro.
