The Real Greek is expanding further, with the opening of its 16th restaurant on the Strand in London.
The new site is on the southern edge of Covent Garden and will provide 110 covers. It’s located near a number of theatres and tourist attractions including Somerset House.
The restaurant offers a social dining menu, with a choice of traditional and contemporary Greek meze dishes, flame-grilled meats, souvlaki wraps and salads, all served with Greek wine and beer.
“The Strand is one of the best located foodie hubs in the capital and surrounded by so many attractions and is adjacent to theatreland,” says Christos Karatzenis, director of operations at The Real Greek. “Our menus are great for pre and post theatre dinners, and always popular within our central London locations, so the Strand opening is a great addition to our increasing portfolio of restaurants.”
The company’s flagship is in Bankside, with the other sites in Bournemouth, Bristol, Covent Garden, Dulwich, Marylebone, Muswell Hill, Reading, Soho, Southampton, Spitalfields, St Martin’s Lane, Westfield Stratford City, Westfield London and Windsor.
